Your "should we even have a separate Vouch page?" call — done. One page now, sections switchable, mass-vouch built in, 2°/3° populated, trust shown in search. Screenshots below (mobile first). Not live yet — your yes ships it.
You floated "a tab menu for each section." It's currently a dropdown selector ("Vouch back 3 ⌄") instead of a row of tabs — cleaner on a narrow phone (5 sections would crowd a tab bar). Want it kept as a dropdown, or switched to real tabs? Either is easy.

"People who vouched for you" with Vouch them all back. Boxed rows, demo users ringed + D-marked (Tj).

2° and 3° circles (now populated)
Your "we don't show anyone who's 2°" fix — friends-of-friends + one more hop, each with a connection score and a Vouch button.
Search shows trust at a glance
Your ask: previews show degree + connection score + vouch score (and "No path" when there's no link). Demo users marked.
